Self Help Techniques and Notes- avoid restlessness, improve concentration

Avoid Restlessness
  1. keep focus
  2. breathe to count of twenty, or breathe from hundred to one
  3. visualise numbers hundred to one and breathe
  4. visualise an image
  5. visualise and concentrate on a symbol- Om, Positive (+)
  6. get busy
  7. create Pace
  8. get Active
  9. do some fast paced activity
  10. go for a walk
  11. just do anything
  12. sing a song
  13. let it out
  14. write it out
  15. drink water, slowly, enjoy the taste
  16. eat something small, concentrate on taste, smell, colour, look, focus all senses on it- enjoy it!
  17. sit on the floor and do breathing exercises
  18. stretch
  19. concentrate on onething and focus your breathing on it
  20. deep breathing
  21. concentrate on middle of nose and breathe
  22. imagine waterfall, greenery, nature, mountains, holidays, dreams
  23. spot jumping
  24. shake your body
  25. take fresh air
  26. fresh fruit, juice
  27. do something different
