How to handle Criticism

  1. let it go

  3. just get on with your job and life

  6. it is just confusion, misunderstanding, lack of communication, hopes, expectations
  7. focus on positive feedback
  8. ask for positive feedback to improve yourself, your work, your life
  9. ask for what is wrong
  10. ask for honest advice, opinion and comments
  11. stay and keep busy
  12. write down your thoughts and read it later
  13. practice ignorance, discrimination
  14. dont think too much
  15. learn to open up, share, discuss with others, people, friends
