  • TO be Happy you must discipline your mind and practise Self-Discipline, not force and discipline imposed by others and external environments.
  • Discipline yourself to what you should do and when you should do. It means self-mastery, self-control, self-direction. Every time you
  • practice discipline your self-esteem goes up. Every thing in life is a test- every day, every hour, every minute, so you have to keep
  • on passing the test by keeping your mind onto that test or task and then moving onto the next one.
  • You must practise the implications of your behaviour for the effect it has short term and long term, and weigh both the sides.
  • You must repeat actions to discipline your mind and train your mind and cultivate self-discipline and success.
  • Repetetions is the secret of success.
  • Anger is a destructive code, you must understand this impulse and take immediate causal action to prevent it.
  • Prevention is the best action or solution to the problem.
  • Things go wrong often in Life, so practise Surrender to give up control and be happy. Give up resistence. Use the power of Now.
  • Surrender makes you feel peaceful, gives up hot feelings, controls anger, hatred, destruction, gives you a clearer vision and picture
  • of things and what needs to be done. It makes you relaxed and happier and builds relationships and joy.
  • Learn from nature, how seasons and nature unfolds slowly, do not resist the powers of nature, work your way and goals with it, across it, along it, do not fight it, be peaceful. Nature and Time is the best master.
  • The cycle of life is cause and effect.
  • To prevent a certain effect, you have to find the cause, think about why is it happenning, analyse it and take the root action.
  • Always get to the root of the cause and solve it- talk less and do more.


How to Solve Problems Effectively

  • learn to spend 80% spend time on the solution and only 20% time on the problem
  • ask yourself- whats the quickest way I can turn this turnaround?
  • Remember your brain can handle any kind of problems if you ask it an effective question.
  • Dont get overwhelm- stay out of overwhelm.
  • Learn to associate massive pain to overwhelm.
  • Manage your own state of mind.
  • Make sure your focus is right- write the problem down, find the solution and focus on it.
  • Come out with your best solution and take immediate action.
  • Remember to carry on with the momentum.
  • If what you are trying is not working, then change your approach.
  • Keep asking yourself questions- what would happen if I tried this, or tried that?- you have to create more possibilities and options.
  • Be open to options and possibilities.
  • Ask others form advice, ask others questions.
  • get out of your comfort zones and increase your circle of influence.
  • the purpose of problems is to make you Expand and Grow.
  • problems are part of life, and it is for them that life goes on.
  • Ask yourself following questions:
  • *What's great or good about this?
  • **What could be great or good about this?
  • ***What's not perfect yet?
  • ****What am I willing to do to make it the way I want it?
  • *****What am I willing to no longer do to make it the way I want it?
  • ******How can I do necessarily to get this job done and simultaneously enjoy the process?




How to handle Fears

  • There is fear of failure
  • There is fear of success
  • FEAR= FALSE EVIDENCE APPEARING REAL
  • A coward dies a thousand deaths, a courageous man only once!
  • You have to make better rules and beliefs of success, life, relationships, happiness to handle fear better.
  • Our own core beliefs generate emotions and thoughts- so if you change your beliefs then it will result in change in how you handle fear.
  • Make sure you are in control, not controlled by the external environment, otherwise you will always be in fear, problems, turbulence and despair.
  • The Past doesnot equal the future.
  • All that matter is what are you going to do RIGHT NOW.
  • Change your physiology for better, change the way you move, posture, breathing, speech, language.
  • Get out of comfort zones- do new stuff, different stuff, involve others, ask others for help, do things rapidly, go for a change, use public transport.
  • Identify your pattern, observe, Change your pattern, break the pattern, create pace and speed.
  • Ask yourself what can I learn from this and move on.
  • Decide you will not allow feeling of rejection to decide the outcome, impact, effect of your life.
  • What will the price you will have to pay if you do not allow the feelings of rejection to be controlled?
  • What are the benefits and gains you will get if you accept and let go the feeling of rejection?
  • Also the Past doesnot equal the future.
  • Rejection does not mean NO, it means NOT YET.
  • Condition yourself- make yourself feel completely unstoppable, strong, great, powerful- feel it, breathe it, do it, imagine it, think it!!
  • It is your perception of himself that how everyone, friends, family, relationships, the world responds to you.
  • Whenever you fail or get rejected make a note of what you have benefitted from it.

i must have more fun, be happier, be with people,enjoy life, enjoy little things of life, enjoy little details, take it easy, slow, live in the present, do things that i want and like and enjoy,be in control.

i must stay grounded, be realistic, emphatetic, use my natural abilities of love, imagination, kindness, compassion, artisitic, musicical, romance.

i must make money to pay for my expenses and livelihood and save for future.

i must be independent, and have my own control, locus and plans, job, work, livelihood, skills, work.

There are two ways of getting out of the current work. One way is to take but little interest in what you are doing, aiming merely to do enough with which to "get by." Very soon you will find a way out, because the demand for your services will cease.

The other and better way is by making yourself so useful and efficient in what you are now doing that you will attract the favorable attention of those who have the power to promote you into more responsible work that is more to your liking.
It is your privilege to take your choice as to which way you will proceed.

The principle of psychology through which you can impress your definite chief aim upon your subconscious mind is called Auto-suggestion, or suggestion which you repeatedly make to yourself.
