what motivates you

MONEY

is money the prime motivator for you to sell, work, career? money can be one of the motivators but can not be the all end of your ambitions and objectives. Do you look at the money you make as a reflection of the hard work, excellent service and high standards you develop. do you look at improving your self and your product or service or knowledge or skills when you notice a decline in income, revenue instead of wasting time being depressed, criticising, moaning and blaming others.

SECURITY

you are only as secure as your ability to handle insecurity.

security is really a false motivator- because there are no gurantees in life, in sales and business. so when it comes right down to it there is no security. you are only as secure as your ability to handle insecurity and doubts and fears.

most famous and successful people who have acquired a great deal of security or money have lost as much than they have made. what sets these people apart is that they are willing to take the chance in order to become all that they could be, whereas the average worker is not ready to take any risks.

be willing to give up what you have for what you can attain. be a risk taker. you will learn how to handle security if you are constantly taking risks. your success and security are determined by your ability to overcome the setbacks that your career hands you. and you have many opportunities and chances to test this.

the key to getting what you want may be the ability to give up what you have. if you cant give up what you have, then keep it, but resign yourself to the knowledge that you will never go much farther up the ladder of success.

YOU ARE ONLY AS SECURE AS YOUR ABILITY TO HANDLE INSECURITY.

ACHIEVEMENT

Achievement can be measured monetarily or by the influence and power you have by humanitarian and other efforts. It means different things to differnet people and is usually a great motivator.

RECOGNITION

the need for recognition usually begins in childhood. whether the recogntion is negative or positive, the results are similar. recognition is a tricky business- but it is still a motivator!

ACCEPTANCE FROM OTHERS

The day you rise above the masses as a top producer is the same day that others stop trying to climb up to your level. so what they try to do instead? they try to pull you down. the old saying " its lonely at the top" is true.

relying on acceptance from others as motivation can be dangerous thing.

when was the last time you heard people say or do things to a person down who is already down in the dumps? it just does not happen in that way.

try to sorround yourself with positive people who support you in your efforts toward successful career. keep company with people who have similar goals and desires as yours. get acceptance of people whom you know are good for you- and try to get the dismissal of the people who are not.

how many people in your lifetime have you accepted advice from who are more messed up than you? stay away from the negative people: they only pull your opportunities down the tubes with them.

SELF ACCEPTANCE

when you accept yourself and you are happy with the person you are, you experience a freedom you never thought possible. you are free to do things your own way or not to do them at all. you are free to enjoy life and all it has to offer. you are free of the damaging effects of rejection and failure.

-you can not be recognised if you have not achieved nothing.
-in order to do things you want to achieve you need to feel secure or have the ability and feeling of security and handle insecurity.
-to earn money you must give service.

WHEN YOU TRULY ACCEPT YOURSELF WELL, YOU CAN DO WHAT YOU WANT TO DO AND NOT WHAT YOU THINK YOU SHOULD DO.

LIFE IS MUCH SWEETER WHEN YOU ACCEPT YOURSELF- AND WONDERFUL THINGS AND PEOPLE SEEM TO GRAVITATE TOWARDS YOU.

all motivators, factors, people are inter-related. the next time you are tempted to do something you instinctively know is not the best thing for you to do, you are not alone in this universe and the ripple effect is alive.

TO ACHIEVE THINGS THAT YOU WANT TO DO, YOU FIRST NEED TO FEEL SECURE AND DEAL WITH INSECURITIES, DOUBTS AND FEAR.

Reflective Questions Diary?

1. What happened/what did I do?

2. What is important about this? What end of the blame is mine?

3. How did this happen? What are the most important elements?

4. Where else does this happen in my life?

5. What areas am I seeking to shift or prevent recurring?

6. What would I need to know or believe differently to be able to achieve this?

7. What would success look like?

8. How could I bring this into my activity on a daily basis?

Notes from Nursing Home 1

Beliefs are like pillars of a building- stronger and solid pillars, stronger and better the belief and faith willbe!

Live in Today, Enjoy it, ever moment, have fun, keep learning

Forget the past, but learn from Mistakes

Jam for Tomorrow but close the door on the future.

Strive to be busy and happy.

Take it one session at a time.

Break the working day into 3-4 parts and take it part wise or session wise.

Do lots on asanas, lie on the floor, do lots of exercises at home, eat less and feel good.

Goto Barasat and spend time there- take books and notebooks there to read, make notes, keep busy.

Work on the pc at home.

Take medicines timely and daily.

Do your Pc work- play games on pc, watch movie, listen to music, do learning work, go through HHL notes, my written notes, pictures, photos, journals, readings, articles, sketching, design work.

Break the day into many parts: start with personal groom and hygiene, then breakfast and medication, then goto barasat or work on the pc, read a book, do asanas, take your lunch, goto barasat or somewhere else with father....work on the pc- do learning work, listen to music, watch a film, chill, take it easy, in the evening just exercise...skipping and some cardio work, pushups front and back, yoga asanas, situps and crunches, jumps and squats, eat dinner and read to sleep.

Take it one Day at a time.

Take it a day at a tine, build your schedule in that day and work and finish.

Build and maintain a routine and schedule on daily basis

Maintain records of your hours put into work

Keep a Personal Timesheet and Tasks Scheduler

Use your timesheet and scheduler and write down the details of activities, meetings, calls, hours.

Happiness should not be conditioned and based on future, it should be in the moment and present and free of external, other people, enviorments.

Happiness is unconditional and it should come from inside by self acceptance, letting things go, moving on, keep and staying put in the present, not worrying about yesterday and tomorrow, accepting your world, accepting your work, accepting your family, circle of influence, accepting your marriage, basically- "saying YES to your Universe"

Happiness is also sharing, meeting, joking, doings things that you value, love.
